ZEITGEIST
Literally translated from German= TIMESPIRIT.
The word describes a general ambiance, a character, conditions, an idiosyncrasy, standards, principles, habits, morals and political climate of a determinated era.
Zeitgeist is directly linked to policy, finance, culture, education and marks an inclination or followed tendency: the Spirit of an Age.
It was used for the title of the very interesting documentary “ZEITGEIST THE MOVIE”, a film about Chistianity, the 9/11-Terrorist Attack , and the Federal Reserve Bank as being subversion strategical instruments for social masscontroll and posterior world domination.
It`s a film about machiavelism, facts-manipulation and how to control and influence opinions by misinformations or creating false realities. It`s also a film about major interests behind the curtains, unknown explanations on historical events and actually on how to dominate society and be able to justify actions, in order to serve major obscure interests.
I cannot agree more with the context of the film which should help educate people to learn analyse world events better by knowing the WHY and the HOW of circumstances and not just accepting the “truth” as it is difussed in the media.
